Las Vegas WON Rotary Club Major Projects by Year
Even though Las Vegas WON Rotary Club is a new club by Rotary 1905 standards, Chartered on April 8, 2016, we are excited and very proud of the projects we have accomplished. We also look forward to those projects which we are working on which will be available soon.
Listed below is a brief description of the major projects Las Vegas WON has accomplished. We may be a newer Club but are projects are large. We are always looking for more new projects and hopefully if you know of a need please contact us and maybe we can help. There are several other smaller projects Las Vegas WON Rotary Club has helped the community, however with Limited space, it is not feasible to list them all. We need your help. 702-210-4201.
The Las Vegas WON Rotary Club may be somewhat of a new club, but we have helped numerous projects throughout Las Vegas, the United States, and worldwide. The Rotary Club operates under a separate LLC, Limited Liability Corporation 501c4.
The second LLC is a 501c which is the Las Vegas WON Rotary Club Foundation, classified as an IRS-approved 501c3 charity. Both the 501c3 and 501c4 EIN numbers are at the bottom of this page. We accept donations, to help further our Club in assisting people in need. Below by year are a few of the major projects we are working on at the Las Vegas Rotary Club.

The Las Vegas WON Rotary Club operates similarly to a charity in respect to the Club does not operate for profit. To be tax-exempt as a social welfare organization described in Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(4), an organization must not be organized for profit and must be operated exclusively to promote social welfare. Since the Las Vegas WON Rotary Club functions as the sister to our Foundation, the Club actually pays for almost every expense allowing our Foundation 501c4 to obtain money and then redistribute the money to those in need at nearly 99%-100%.

The Las Vegas WON Rotary Club Foundation operates for the sole benefit of helping those in need. Our reach to help the community stretches from feeding those in need, to helping education, the USA military & Veterans, the homeless, and a wide array of other unfortunate people in need or a wide multitude of items. It is EXTREMELY important to understand Las Vegas WON Rotary Club does not pay any salaries, rent, benefits to any members of the Club. Our sole purpose is to distribute funds, products, services to those in need. We are proud of our stand ready Foundation with nearly 99%-100% distributions of all funds raised to those in need.
